Shipping policy

The shipping fees for artworks purchased through this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") are determined based on the size of the artwork and the destination region.

The shipping method will be as designated by the Company, and as a general rule, customers cannot select the shipping method.
Requests for specific delivery times or dates are generally not accepted.

Generally, the artwork will arrive 2-3 days after shipping is completed (in the case of remote islands, delivery may take about 3-4 days).
However, this does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Please understand this in advance.

When packaging, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched.

However, after handing the package over to the shipping company, there is a possibility of damage due to issues during transport or mishandling by the shipping company.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box, provided they do not affect the use of the product itself.
