This work was exhibited at Number-D’s first solo exhibition, “Intersection Without Borders.”

Created using a brick-inspired support called a “Chemistone panel,” the piece is finished with spray paint.
The concept behind the work is “a fragment of scenery from a corner of the city.”

Influenced by the anime and visual works he was deeply absorbed in during childhood, the artist, Number-D, developed a strong admiration for urban landscapes set in New York. That sense of fascination continues to be vividly reflected in his current practice.
