This work was exhibited at Number-D’s first solo exhibition, “Intersection Without Borders.”
It visualizes the exhibition title itself through the letters I (ntersection), “W” (ithout), and “B” (orders).

The technique of creating letters as wooden three-dimensional reliefs was attempted for the first time in this exhibition. By cutting out graffiti that once existed on a flat surface and extending it outward from the wall, the words are transformed into physical objects.

One of the reasons the artist, Number-D, became deeply drawn to graffiti art was the sense of dimensionality in letters that seemed to leap out from city walls, as well as the dynamic movement of text flowing freely in all directions. This piece connects the artist’s origins with their present expression, carrying the meaning of a dialogue between past and present—like reconciling where it all began with where it stands today.
